Advice?!

Look at the skin around the feather shafts. Is the skin raised around the shafts?
Skin looks maybe a bit puffy. Birds feathers unkempt for their age (8wks).
Could be some picking going on. Space issues or even nutrition. Hard to know.

Hopefully they can figure it out.
 
One of the symptoms of Marek's is raised skin around the feather follicles. I fear something is off with the immune systems of these chicks.
Marek's might be something to consider, but I'm not seeing a lot of scabby skin that makes me think Cutaneous form of Marek's.
