And I like your idea about the middle. I think I'll try it.

I live in Tennessee. I have run myself ragged the last few days and just got back from a long trip too Vanderbilt hospital with a friend of mine that is about too lose her leg. It looked so bad and on the way home we found out that her mother has too be admitted too the hospital tomorrow and we are trying too find someone too take her as her daughter has too keep her leg up and in her scooter or the bed for at least 3 more weeks. I will rest tonight and tomorrow and then I will check everything back out here. Thanks for the offer of help because I appreciate any help but sure hate too sound dumb.

mema,
I have to care for my mother, she has ulcers on her leg that I have to pack and bandage twice daily. It started last December when she went to the hospital for the extreme adema leaking from her leag and the doctor did a scaping on her leg for a culture. In March, the wound from that had gotten so bad the flesh was rotting and ended up in the hospital again. She had that infection, Mersa. They did surgery and removed all the dead flesh. She came home with two inch holes in her leg that I've been taking care of since.
Maybe your friend has a similar problem? Then she could be ok and not loose her leg. I did get alot of supplies for her leg. If your friend is on medicare and medicaide it should cover most of her supplies for something like that.
I hope every thing goes well for your friend and you.

For some reason I kept thinking..."blue stars". But they aren't blue stars, they are beige stars!

I just ordered a yard of dark and a yard of light to see how they go together.

I'm not sure of the size of the pattern. Hopefully, they will look good together.
