Aggressive female quail

I introduced 3 new quail to my flock of 2 females and a male the new quail only being 4 weeks old. One of the females got really aggressive and kept attacking the youngsters so i separated her and left her out for a week i then cleaned out their house and moved things around. The other female and male had no problems with the youngsters. So i decided to put the aggressive female back in but she has still continued to chase and attack them. What can i do? Will she stop after a while or will it continue?

Don't put them together until the younger quail are similar in size to the others

She may stop or you may have to cull. It took me months and countless tries and tears before I found a group my aggressor could tolerate
