a closer look-
this was one enclosure for 3 hens and 1 roo-now roo is gone and had to cut it in half to house a duck I hatched out-wasnt supposed to be a duck!!-this is 2 coops seperated by one of our driveways
-the one in the background is the one that is insulated and will be heated for the winter gals-the other one is for my hatchlings-until I can pick out roos-then the girls get let out to free range with the rest.
this is where they go to bed!
I seperate the flock out at night and put them up-roosters roam around garage though-girls get locked up for a breather! I have 1 baby coop for the 5 week old with a tiny fenced off area to get them aquanted with others for a while-no pictures though :-(
