AH! I'm overrun with chickens!

sounds sweet huh? It is alot of work though-especially because Im picky-believe me -I will totally enjoy only having 2 coops open for the winter months-this is the "garage" that houses my Dh's sportscar ( work in progress)-on one side but I moved teh chickens in on the other side

a closer look-

this was one enclosure for 3 hens and 1 roo-now roo is gone and had to cut it in half to house a duck I hatched out-wasnt supposed to be a duck!!-this is 2 coops seperated by one of our driveways

-the one in the background is the one that is insulated and will be heated for the winter gals-the other one is for my hatchlings-until I can pick out roos-then the girls get let out to free range with the rest.
this is where they go to bed!

I seperate the flock out at night and put them up-roosters roam around garage though-girls get locked up for a breather! I have 1 baby coop for the 5 week old with a tiny fenced off area to get them aquanted with others for a while-no pictures though :-(

What flea market did you sell them at and how much did you ask for them. i'm looking at getting rid of a few of my chickens and I was just curious.

Hehe, this thread has turned into a 'sell or be eaten' one.

And yes, I DO think that's sweet!

Only because I don't have anything else to do, I think I would enjoy having so many out buildings.
