You are way too kind.... File a complaint with PayPal immediately, and escalate it to a claim after 24 hours. She will then have 30 days to either refund the money or mail the books, your choice. After 30 days you automatically get a refund if she does not prove to PayPal that you are filing a false claim.

Yes - file with paypal !!! they will get your money back.

I personally wouldn't even BOTHER emailing the stupid woman again, she's had her fair warning!

I would do both.....that way you might scare her and get faster results. Nothing in sending the e-mail precludes you for contacting PayPal and filling a claim.

Making a final demand for shipment or refund with a drop dead date is only good business sense and it willl have nothing to do with PayPal processing your claim.

Do everything you can to protect yourself.

Yes,I would report her. It may be just $20,but it's your $20. I wonder how many other people she has stolen from,because that's what it is. Pretty good business if you can get away with it.

Um.....its July now.

File with both. She has to expect it by now. Get your money back. My guess is that she cant find or doesnt have the books and more.
