Ahhhhhh the tiniest egg ever! Did my 15-16 week old mixed pullet Amelia lay it? Or was it one of my year old hens?

Ok I found this egg it is super cute!! I got Amelia and her brothers from a lady and she said they were around two weeks I think she’s maybe Cochin some silkie not really sure but I love her she’s been pacing the nest boxes even though she’s only 15 or 16 weeks her brother has been calling her to them do you think it was laid by her? Oh I’m so excited!!!

Definitely her egg, it's so cute and tiny!

She's such a beauty!:love
I'm saying definitely silkie, maybe sizzle/a lil bit of frizzle and possibly cochin!

Super Cool! It's the size of a quail egg!

Just wondering, if it were fertile, would it hatch a tiny chick or be too small and the chick hatch early?

This is a wind, fart, fairy, rooster egg. They happen from time to time. So it's possible either bird laid it, but usually fairy eggs have a stronger color because the surface of the eggs is significantly less. If your pullet lays again tomorrow, or in two days, we'll know better
