Air cell Help?

I believe two of my chicks have died while in incubation. It is currently day 19 and I can see no veins in the eggs but the air cells are growing. Does that mean my chicks are still alive? In my other egg I can see veins just not with these ones.

At 19 days you should not see much but a solid black blob and the air cell... You might be able to see some veins at the edge of the black blob (chick) and air cell, but that is hit or miss...
