I ordered 10 top hat chicken hatching eggs fromm murray mcmurray and of the 9 that made it from Iowa to California only 2 had the air cell still in its sack.:(Will they still hatch, do my poor little babies have a chance?PLEEEAAAASE HELP ME.

OH no,I love them sooooooooooooooooooo much and to here there is no chance is simply heart breaking.Maby there is a slight chance, right.Pleeeaaase say yes, I love them.

It depends if the air cells are completely detatched. If they are still partially stuck then they may do ok. If the air cells move freely then they probably won't develop.....
 
My shipped eggs that I'm currently incubating have air cells that are misshapened because the membrane has pulled away from the side of the egg but they are not ruptured.
Could this describe what yours look like?
Or is there fluid up in the air cell where there should not be any?
If the cells are just mis-shaped they will probably be ok.

One of mine is like that, but the rest are floating.Good news is 4 of the eggs appear to be o.k including the pulled back one.
