Cream Legbar Eggs from Ebay.

Here are the legbars I hatched from my eBay eggs. 2 boys, 3 girls... only 1 girl seems to have a crest though, one may have a small flat crest? Then another girl hatched but had some medical issues so someone took her that has the extra time for her. 2 pics are the girl with the big crest. They are just under 6 weeks.

so cute! love all their crests! I am a bit sad that all of mine don't have them since that is one thing that I love about CCL! I am most likely only keeping one anyways but still stinks!

Wow! They are beautiful! That’s a big crest.

Lovely birds! Looking at all these beautiful birds is making me really wish that those eggs hatched. I’ll just have to be patient and wait till next year (I might fail the be patient part ).

I’m sorry only one looks like it has a crest! That is one of my favorite things about CCL too. It always seems to make me sad when I see a picture of one without a crest.

I bought one last year as a chick. She is now about 18 mo and has never laid an egg..... I think she internally lays. This year I tried twice to hatch eggs. First were all cross, knew some would be but not all...... so not sure if the ones that didn't hatch were CCL? 2nd time, same person, they all quit around day 7..... finally got the eBay ones that hatched!!!!! So I understand where you are coming from this year and having to wait. And since that girl is only 6 weeks I probably won't get eggs from her till Feb!!!
