I just took the chick in hand,as i took it.. it felt weird...(it felt like picking a blowed plastic wrap kind of feel)
When i looked whole upper skin(transparent one) was blowed and filled with air.
I just took a needle and poked it with it...all the air came out then applied a antiseptic/antibacterial cream
Does any one know what it is and what care i should take? (It was not bloted thin layer of skin was filled with air)

Sounds like a ruptured air sac (subcutaneous emphysema) which can be from injury. Have you noticed if the chick has been picked on?

An air sac will usually heal/close up on it's own, but I would keep watch on the chick to make sure she's breathing normally.

We don't pay you guys enough. :bow

Where was the air located uder the skin? It sounds like a ruptured or leaking air sac, called subcutaneous emphysema. It is not harmful if it is small and not causing breathing problems, they are usually left alone. However, if it is causing problems, large or the chicken is short of breath, deflating them with a needle or needle and syringe is the best way to treat it. The air can come back, and it is common to repeat the treatment. Here is a video and some reading about air sacs:
