Alaska Chicken Lover's Soup for the Cold!!

I've never hatched eggs before. It must be like sitting on pins and needles! I think I'd like to do it sometime, but I don't have the equipment...yet.

I have had some tiny babies under a lamp before, though. They did fine.

I've already HAD 21 days of patience!! lol Now, if it doesn't happen today, how many more days do I wait before I know it's no good?

Quickly candle them for movement... if you see movement, or hear tapping inside when you hold it to your ear, then leave it in there. If no movement, then you're done... but I would leave for a couple more days...

Day 23 I figure it's done and take a look. That said, I had a serama chick hatch on day 23 and they are SUPPOSED to take 19 days, and I have had plenty that hatched on day 22.... Don't give up yet.

I'd say check 'em like Tori suggested, but those eggs were pretty scrambled when we looked at them. So I figure the least disturbance the better at this point.
