Aww, thank you Deb and Donna. Joseph has me wrapped around his little finger, being the only boy in the family, out of seven grandkids, he my moms only grandson, he's got everyone wrapped around his little finger!
I went to check on #3 and realized I've been calling her peanut for three days and now it has kind of stuck, I tried calling her other things, but it didn't feel right. I guess she'll be Peanut, it was unintentional, but it's habbit now.
We decided to keep my coop, and re-arrange(sp?) things for this year. So NO MORE chickies for me!
Deb, when I got the eggs from you, Jim said he built a feeder for your coop, do you have a picture of it?
We were looking at the layout of our property, and we would have had to move the exisisting coop, just to build the new one there, then move the old one to the place we want the goats. It would have been heck to do. I can manage just fine with the coop I have, it's a great coop. I only needed a bigger one because I have a chicken addiction!
So we went to Home Depot and bought the materials for the goats house. When we told people what we were buying the stuff for, they looked at us like we were crazy. Like we shouldn't insulate it, or need to use treated wood for it, or put shingles on it.
I just want them to be happy and healthy.
