I candled last night late, I will be taking pictures of the candling tonight....
I think the shipping is just too hard since there is an extra day on getting them here.
I seen movement in only one egg out of the 11 shipped eggs. I have 2 with bloodrings and the rest look clear, no development at all.
Anyone know where I can get LF Pure Barred Rock eggs in Alaska?
If not I will have to find someway to get them express mailed to me....
I copied and pasted this from craigslist. Hope it helps
Hey, I've got fertile chicken eggs available for incubation or to set under a broody chicken. They are a specific breed-Barred Plymouth Rocks. They are ready to be put into the incubation process. Incubation for chicken eggs are 21 days @ 99.5 F.
Breed Description: Very quiet bird. Rooster hackle feathers are used for fish-fly-tying. Excellent layers of brown eggs, the hens are not discouraged by cold weather. Their solid plumpness and yellow skin make a beautiful heavy roasting fowl. Also good with children. Average weight; Male: 7 pounds, Female: 5.5 pounds
Asking $15 per 18 pack or $10 for a dozen. If interested call Andy@907-354-3774
