That's a true albino, congratulations! Albinos of any animal species, excluding those specifically bred for albinism, are very rare. You may want to keep it indoors, or, if it lives outdoors, be sure it has lots of shade.
You could potentially sell it for a tidy sum if you want, I'm sure there are people who'd love such a rare baby once it matures enough to be safely transferred.

A red light is what we use as well, good to know it's not too bright. You have a rare baby on your hands. I'd love to see pics if and when you can take some. Just don't do like me and forget your flash is on

I'll try to get some pics tonight or tomorrow. The eyes are dark red. It's easier to see in person than to capture in a photo.

I had 2 albinos hatch, yes, red eyes. One grew up but drowned when it got stuck in the corner upside down with its head in the waterer. The other one keeps getting beat up. I had it in with littles for a while. It just never has seemed very vigorous. I had to separate it again because it got pecked again by a different group,
