Alerts not disappearing?

Nope didn't work. The list is still there. The only thing that happened is the number goes down on the bell icon but the alerts are still on the list.

Try going here:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/account/preferences#alerts

Select both of those & save, then de-select them and save again.

After doing this most of my alerts disappear after I click on the bell icon.

Its only happening to me on article notifications. Have you tried an article?

The article alerts won't go away unless I mark them as read. Some of the others go away, some do not.

I think that's the one Kathy tested with me and it went away when I clicked the bell.

The article alerts won't go away unless I mark them as read. Some of the others go away, some do not.

Same here except they pop back up on the bottom of the list as Mark unread, but they never drop off the list. I mark all alerts as read Mark read and the number of alerts will show up in the bell icon with the number of alerts that are Mark read. As I read the alert it drops off the top of the list and goes to the bottom of the list as Mark unread, but it doesn't drop off just goes to the bottom of the list as I said as Mark unread.
