She looks like a frizzle cochin to me, frizzles are a challenge to maintain breed standard, but her cushion is very nice in a frizzled sort of way. Frizzles mature like wine. They start out absolutely hideous, but very sweet and they end up being absolutely beautiful and completely unique.
