Can you imagine going through a storm like that at night? It had to be terrifying. Still praying she is OK.

I remember stuff hitting the sides of the house during the peak of Sandy and hearing the crashes of trees coming down.
That was truly terrifying.

I cannot imagine how terrifying that was for you.

I once road out Hurricane Hortence (spelling?) At a resort on the island of St. Croix. The worst of that was during the day thankfully. I cannot imagine going through that at night.

Morning all! I've been doing a search on all of the towns around Lake Maurepas to see if there are any reports of the damage done in that area, but I haven't been able to find any news. That makes me hopeful that they didn't get hit as hard as some of the other areas and that they are just without power!

Baton Rouge Louisiana, Indianapolis Indiana, and Columbus is the capital of Ohio, there's Montgomery Alabama south of Helena Montana and Denver Colorado under Boise Idaho!

I was able to scratch this up from my memory, it gets stuck in my head from time to time! It goes on!

That is good to see. I think a lot of people are without power so hopefully that is the only reason she hasn't checked in.
