Hi, you're not too late, no worries, welcome!Hi. Maybe I'm way to late, but I've been home schooled for all but Kindergarten and I wanted your thoughts on this: Yesterday someone dumped four white Leghorn cockerels at the edge of our property. We caught them, they were fairly people friendly, and gave them to the Amish down the road. Am I overreacting in thinking these people should be banned from chicken keeping? These birds would not have lasted a week with all the local wildlife.
That's so sad to hear.

Whether or not to ban those folks from owning animals would rest on personal opinion. I don't think it's overreacting to think they should be banned, but I don't think they should be banned just for a minor livestock dumping incident. Y'know, freedoms and all that. If those folks aren't good stewards to God's creation, that's just the way it is. The chickens are lucky you stepped in though.
