All the Christian Homeschoolers!

I barely have any socks. I don't like socks. I use barefeet all day, and if I have to use shoes, I use barefeet in sandals unless it's church or Mom complains.

Have to go say prayers, I'll be back!
I have socks but I choose not to wear them unless I'm wearing boots or tennis shoes, I either go barefoot or wear sandles or Crocs most of the time.

I hate folding laundry so it just sits in my clean laundry basket on on a chair until I've either worn it all and the cycle restarts, or someone is coming over and my room has to be presentable.
It's similar for me, though with the way laundry flows and the number of clothes I have, it's just a mess if I do that. I don't enjoy folding laundry, but when I'm on top of my game and have my schedule going, it goes fine. Speaking of, I should definitely get back into that next week.

Im always barefoot or in crocs unless walking. I have a really bad ankle so if i didnt wear shoes when walking, hiking or going places than my ankle would be worse

I had bad ankles after spraining them multiple times and tearing through a ligament of some sort. Twisting ankles almost every day. Issue finally resolved itself after years when I started going barefoot more frequently. The muscles got used to supporting themselves, it's like physical therapy. That still helps, now that I'm not riding horses. Riding helped a lot. Your ankles are very important and have to be strong when you ride, so that gave me a boost. Barefooting keeps them in good shape.

Its only my left ankle
When i was younger i had to wear a brace for 2 months because my ankpe was bulging.
Then in 2020 i sprained it.
Then in July i sprained it two times.

I love riding but cant do it much. I dont have a horse.

I have noticed my ankle does better when barefoot. But i cant go barefoot everywhere

It was mostly my right ankle that was the issue, but the other one has been sprained as well. First sprain, I had to wear a cast, have crutches, and after that I was stuck in a boot. Then KT tape and braces for months, and lots of PT. I think I've had four or five significant sprains between them, and several less serious ones.
I go barefoot on my property, when hiking, at the park(carefully), and I've gone barefoot around my village(it's not nasty like a city) and even in the village grocery. Though that was after swimming in the creek, me feet weren't dry yet and we had to pick up some stuff.

Ive never had PT for my ankle doctors wanted it but they never called to schedule it. I was in crutches the first time i sprained it and the last time

I go barefoot on our property and id do it around our village if people cleaned up their animal poop.

All you need is a resistance band, and you can find basic ankle strengthening exercises online. Easy enough to do yourself.

Ive been doing some exercises.
I dont like doctors anyways
Fair enough. The physical therapists weren't so doctor-y. They were fun to talk to.
Our PCP is not very doctor-y either, she will recommend herbal supplements before she would ever recommend a shot or medication of some kind, and she is friendly and invested in how we are doing and what not. It's a community clinic sort of set up, she knows her patients fairly personally.
