Allergen free feeding

Has anyone found a recipe or system that that has been working well for you? I am looking for something that is gluten, corn, nut, and soy free. I am less worried about consumption of the eggs related to allergens and more worried about contact with allergens when dealing with the chickens. I have high sensitivity to each of these if I have skin contact or inhale the "dust" from them. If I stay away from these things, I am a-okay otherwise.

I had considered the use of oats, legumes, fodder, and mealworms/worms as a starting point, then adding more items in to balance (e.g., kelp meal, vitamins). I have been looking around the web for quite some time at various recipes. It's amazing that all of them rely on the 3 most common grains grown in the US (corn, soy, wheat) in one form or another.

Interesting sites to me:

Info on a variety of feed mixtures (just showing how flexible a lot of the feeds are in some respects): http://www.birdfarm.bravepages.com/eggsx.html and the old standby: http://www.lionsgrip.com/recipes.html

Nutritional information about feeds in general: http://www.ag.auburn.edu/~chibale/an12poultryfeeding.pdf

Seems as though you might be able to develop a formula then have it tested for an accurate nutritional analysis. There are labs that do that sort of thing. :)
