Am I a Roo?

I bought it at a home improvement store in town that said it was a RIR. It hasn't crowed as of yet and I have two mature roosters that do that very well already, lol. One of the four RIR just started to lay eggs this week but I'm not sure who. I will get more pics in the morning. Thanks everyone.

With two established roosters already present, an up and coming cockerel will often not crow for some time as he knows he is subordinate and crowing would be to challenge the older birds.

While trying to get this bird, it was nesting in the egg box and I think it may b the one who is laying. If it's a Roo than I guess he's doing his woman's work, lol

Looks identical to my hens. They are RIR . At least that is what I was told when we first got them as chicks. No reason for the seller to lie to us. ????????????? And one thing to consider. Are all RIR going to look Identical.?????? Look at people. Are all of a certain nationality identical.???? Well , maybe they are a little mutt in them. I know that my chickens most likely are all MUTTS. I got them CHEAP , not from some exotic breeders., Not from show bird bloodlines. Like it would make a difference to me. They live long lives. Just lost one that was 13 years young. Natural causes. I took a DNA test for myself from " 23 and me " and it turns out I'm a mutt as well. At least I know that my parents were not related. LOL. LOVE YOUR PETS AND ENJOY THEM.
