Am I a rooster?

I bought some chickens January 1 from a well respected chicken breeder. Was told they were hens, but this sure is starting to look like a rooster!! “She “ is 20 weeks old now. No crowing and it’s bullied by another hen. Doesn’t act like a rooster at all. Eats food given to it by my other rooster just like a hen! What do you think?

Smart young cockerels will not crow or act "roostery," in the presence of the Alpha roo. Otherwise the Alpha will thrash them severely.
