Am I the only on who gets picked on for likeing chickens to much?

Oh Honey, somebody will always be "picking on you" for something your whole life! Know that you like what you are doing and develop a thicker skin. Just ignore them--I am sure it makes them feel superior to make you feel bad! Chin up and keep getting those eggs. Terri O--also a chicken freak!

Think it's bad with chickens, try getting quail! People understand that even less.

Best thing to do is to just ignore them. Give them a look, raise your eyebrows, and continue on with what you are doing. Tell them something like "Different strokes for different folks..." or "to each his own" and change the subject.

Thanks Guys for the advice, And actually I was thinking about raising quail this spring

Usually im the type of person to pick back, like ill make nasty comments just as mean as that, But that took me on suprise... Oh well.
