I don't have geese yet but have 6 Pilgrim Goslings ordered from show quality parents next spring. We have a slew of ducks already. Hoping I like the geese as much as I think I will like them. Still looking for some show quality Pomeranians LMBO

I always thought puppies would be the thing that really made my heart melt, but goslings have completely taken over that spot. They're on a whole different level of lovely and cute and sassy! And when they're 20lbs of attitude it's just as much fun (except maybe breeding season lol) Have fun with your babies in the spring, they grow so so fast <3

I love when they turn into 20 pounds of attitude, it’s like they grew up to realize that they’re nobility and everyone around them is riffraff peasants.

Sometimes you'll hear the geese go off so you'll look out the kitchen window. There is a wall of geese "flying" across the paddock towards the house and dam. It's pretty funny to watch.

Geese are the best. Except for breeding season. Goslings are so cute, the ganders flying at your head, not so much. And trying to get goslings out of the dam like we have to every year, never fun either while you're being attacked by geese from all directions.

Other than that, I love geese.

I actually love breeding season also (walk softly in high boots carry long stick) what mothering and protective instincts. Cant wait the reward is more gosling love!

I hatch there eggs inside. Most of my babies Im not keeping have homes before they even hatch.

If their parents are imprinted on you the goslings they raise will pick up on that and view you as a member of their family “as long as you also continue to spend time with the flock.”
If the parents are not imprinted on you the goslings will grow up to view you with indifference, fear, aggression, or varying degrees of tolerance depending on their personalities.
