I think there is a chance of it being a cockerel by how upright the stance is and possible very early beginnings of saddle feathers. I would love to be wrong though and I could be since the comb is not very pronounced yet, but definitely would find it a little difficult to be sure of a pullet too. I LOVE the color of legs!

If I go by this pic, the feathers look fairly rounded, not pointy, but I'm not an expert. "She" also has the same stance as the chicken identified as a pullet here:

She's too young to have those feathers. Those feathers don't show up until a chicken is about 12 weeks or so.
