Ameraucana mystery (sex)

With this color variation it's harder to spot the pointed male feathers, but I definitely see some pointy hackle feathers on this birds neck.
I have one with this exact coloring that is a cockerel. And it’s even the same age. Not hard to spot at all. Mine is a EE/OE

17 weeks for a slow developing cockerel? To me it looks like an almost point of lay pullet. Do you mind explaining your reasoning?
No problem. ;) I see the hen in your profile picture, but to me they aren't that similar to the bird in question. I see positive points and how the hackle feathers curve in at the back of the neck. The tail doesn't have the evenly defined feathers that my Ameraucana hen has either. From my experience, cockerels also develop slower in general. It's just my opinion. Not trying to start an argument. :)

Triple pea comb says male to me....but feathering is odd, not clearly male or female.
How large and red was that comb at 6-8 weeks?
Could be a hermaphrodite(or there's another more appropriate word for chickens that escapes me at the moment)....only time will tell.
The comb was not large but was bright pink at 8 weeks.
