Ameraucana Roo x EE hens - what do you call them?

I have a Blue Ameraucana rooster, 1 Blue Ameraucana hen, and 2 EE hens. Both EE hens are laying colored eggs; one lays an almost identical blue to my Ameraucana hen, one lays a nice minty green. I'm wanting to breed my roo to these 3 ladies to produce more colorful egg layers but would the offspring of my EE hens x Ameracauna roo be called EEs? Or just label them as Ameraucana/EE crosses? One of my EE hens looks almost identical to my Blue Ameraucana, just a tiny bit darker so I'm curious if breeding her to my roo will produce a bird that looks just like my Blue Ameraucanas also? Are the chances better that the offspring of my 2 EE hens will be blue/green egg layers since they lay blue/green eggs? I'm new to chicken genetics! Thanks!

Yup, EEs. All female offspring will lay blue/green.
