He's an Easter Egger. From here it looks like he doesn't even have a pea comb, and his tail so sooo high set. I don't even think he's an EE, and if so he's only ooh half EE or something. His color is not even traditional EE.

An EE comes in ALL colors so you can't go by that Because there is no standard straight combs on EE's are allowed..we sold all of ours but they all laid green eggs as well as their chicks. In my EE pen I don't have 2 that look alike and go out of my way to have differently colored hens than whatever a traditional color is.All of mine must have the cute little beards, pea combs and only my white has green legs I prefer slate on mine...but my roo has high standards..maybe not he likes them all! He's my son's pet so even though our Ameraucana's are my focus I have to have my EE's it also gives my less than ideal Ameraucana's a place to call home
OK had to stick his picture in..he loves his picture taken. He's a little wet and those white lines are snow flakes

A handsom rooster , but certainly not Ameraucana and maybe not EE either . The comb is too difficult to see , but looks like it could be a buttercup . However , pea combs can get modified by other genes untill they are pretty hard to identify so ......... . Most people call an EE any chicken that has a blue egg gened parent ; I only consider them an EE if they have a blue egg gene .

Wish I had gotten a pic yesterday. I moved a trio of Ameraucanas into a tractor for isolated breeding purposes. Hermes, my roo, and a blue pullet and a black pullet.

The blue pullet fussed for an hour and a half yesterday around mid-morning, singing the egg song, but wouldn't go inside to lay. Finally she went in, but I noticed Hermes 'disappeared' at about the same time. I walked over there and opened the outside lid of the nest box. Both the pullet AND Hermes were in the nest box. They were having a 'conversation'. He was crooning to her. After some time, they both came out...and waalaa!, one of her perfect sky blue eggs was in the nest box!

Here are pics of the trio taken previously.
