There is nothing wrong with your bird, she is probably a great egg layer (may even lay blue) - but she is not the breed Ameraucana. I have had a few that look like your girl in the many years I have owned hatchery Americanas/Araucanas. The hatcheries call them what will sell - but they are not Ameraucanas.

And temperament has nothing to do with the breed, sorry.

She doesn't have the temperment of an Easter Egger. Oh, she has blueish legs.

i agree with chickenNmamma the tempermeant has nothing to do with breed.

Ok, here she is.

That is a common EE color.Not a standard color but sometimes called partridge but not partridge as described in any standard breed.You will find very nice people on the EE threads.Great layers and wonderful birds.Many of us have EEs.

That is why there are the appropriate project threads. I don't believe this thread is intended for everyone's pet EE projects. Why do you find it rude that this thread is maintained for Ameraucanas. Lavenders have their own thread. You can call them EEs or Project colors. It is a matter of semantics.

Quit coming to this thread looking for a fight.

Are you saying that there is to be no discussion about lavender Ameraucanas?
