I had thought about contacting my district director before Jean, but John seems more active and there was contact info for him in the forum sticky.
I think the biggest "issue" isn't really anything to do with Michael specifically, it's that there is no available feedback at all. People have no way whatsoever to know if Michael even received their information or if the contact email is still valid. It's truly a rarity to not get so much as even an automated email back that says TY for your payment, order, whatever. The only other time I've bought something online (not on a pre-order) that I hadn't received my order over a month later the seller turned out to be a fraud. Yet, I still received an order confirmation and he responded at least once to an email inquiry.
There are a myriad of ways to automate things and take the burden off of Michael. At the very least it should be noted that your order may take months to process. The ABC was not the only club we joined that day. They are however the only one we've received absolutely nothing from. Sorry, but that's odd.
If I knew of any other place to get the charts, I would just cancel the order and do it.
