Why do all of our birds look different? Probably because we develope them independently. I do believe don't quote me. Ours came first

There is a project bird on the ABC forum with a crest. Just saying lol

Ok- important question I need some help. What is a FAIR price to ask for lav ameraucana chicks- large fowl? I have seen the Orps selling for $15 each, but I
think that's ridiculous and don't want to be taking advantage of people. These will be for local sales as I'm not NPIP (yet). Anybody else selling chicks for a flat rate?

I think crests are neat too, but on a tailed bird, it makes them look like a typical Silkie cross, just bigger.

I'm not real impressed with most of the lav orps that are floating around at this time. They look terrible in my opinion and people shouldn't be charging what they are for an inferior bird.
