She's pretty, however the big thing that sticks out in the photo is her pinched tail. An Ameraucana must have a fully spread tail, looking like a nice tall wedge from the side view.

I have 11 little Ameraucana babies, most of them have tan feathers coming in on their chests and necks, a couple have the calico look. Is it safe to say the tan feathered ones are females? They are two weeks and 5 days (19 days) old.

Yes. Pics can help, but yes. If the chests especially are a lighter color, nearly white.
