Well thanks AGAIN to Jeremy who spoted yet another person on Ebay using a photo of my blue eggs.

What is it with these people?!

I wrote to them and reported it to Ebay

Guess I need to start protecting my photos.

Yes, I am pretty sure the photo was stolen off of BYC.
Because ya cant copy the photo off of my web site or from flickr. (I tried)
But I was able to copy it off of my BYC auction.
I wrote to Nifty to see if BYC can do some sort of copyright protection on the site.
In the mean time. I will have to plaster an ugly banner on the photos I post here.

thanks guys.
I understand why somone would use the photos... I'll assume it is an honest mistake.
But it is fraud.... and deceiving buyers to believe that those are their eggs/birds.

I looked at the photo again... it is the thumbnail photo off of my website.... not from my BYC auction.
