I saw an ad in craigs list for Amercaunas from a local breeder and I saved the number and my husband called him up this spring.

Your leader black one is a boy, also.

Good. Going on personality and fights, it seems like 1 black male and 2 lavender males but not completely sure yet. I guess we'll have to wait until they start crowing. I am very excited about getting blue eggs in a couple months though.

Hi, everyone.

Popping in to remind everyone about the recognition awards.

We want to validate the efforts and contributions of our members who give sooo much. This community is special because of the efforts of its members, and we all want to honor that.

NOW: get to nominating, if you haven't already!

Remember, each BYC member may nominate one member each month for each of the three recognition categories: BYC Friend, BYC Educator, and BYC Spirit. That's three nominations each month, and we want to see more submissions!

Use the Nomination Submission Form to make your suggestions.

Thanks!

Wannabchick: Here are some pics I posted and I'm pretty sure I'm right...

at this age you should be able to tell by the comb, like your black roo, out of 11 chicks I raised I picked out the roos almost immediately the 1s I hatched I picked out within the 1st 3 days.
