John Blehm does the necessary paperwork to ship to canada but you better order now for next year or you may be too late soon.

I have some Ameraucanas, but I don't know what kind of color they are. Can anybody give me a list of the different colors that Ameraucanas come in. Anything is good, thank you.

A few weeks ago I had a chick with a calcium deficancy. Now I have a splash chick with a crossbeak. I realized about a week ago. And on top of her having the crossbeak it is the runt! But it is very bossy and assertive to the other chicks. One thing after another

.(I also have a salmon favorelle pullet that cant walk for some reason, Iknow not realted to ameraucanas) I actually have her in with the ameraucana chicks. I didnt want her to be alone and the others her age were walking on her. So she is in the brooder with my ameraucana chicks. They don even go near her and she cant hurt them since she cant walk ( working on recovery). I actually thinks she enjoys being in their brooder.

I have an EE hen that was sold as an ameraucana, but she does not meet the color standards and the comb is mixed, she's an EE. It happens a lot that hatcheries sell an "ameraucana/americana" then people raise them/sell them making more EE's. They lay colored eggs but usually with a green hue not as blue, can also lay pink/brown/grey.
I also have 4 true wheatan ameraucanas that can breed a splash colored chick and believe "splash" coloring is also an EE, even tho pure to pure breed, if a "splash" color hatches I don't *think* its a recognized color, so don't be too mad! Its happened to many many chicken lovers! Plus they're sweet birds and still lay colored eggs :)
