So I pushed my hen off the nest and took her chicks outside in her coop. She quickly did a cluck and led the chicks back in the roost. Any ideas? She is the only hen with my RIR rooster.

This is an Ameraucana/Easter Egger. Can anyone tell me exactly what kind of hen she is? She and my Barred Rock were bought together and I have a lot to learn as these are my first two chickens!! They are my pets ONLY!! Loving them to death.. they're SO much fun!!

She looks like a Easter egger! The best part about these birds is you never know what color eggs you will get!

She's an Easter Egger. There is no Ameraucana/Easter Egger. They are either a pure Ameraucana or an Easter Egger.

well, she is beautiful. I really enjoy the buffy colors.

She's an Easter Egger. There is no Ameraucana/Easter Egger. They are either a pure Ameraucana or an Easter Egger.

I use that term sometimes with project birds. My fellow Ameraucana breeders don't want to accept some project colors and now EE breeders don't want them.
