Okay I need some help here, I have quite a number of suspicious "chicks" lol a few of et are rues, others I'm not so sure on.

#1 is a cockerel with that bright red comb and darker blue on the shoulders.

I've never had Wheatens before. This one is getting in some really dark feathers. Is she doomed to be in the layer pen or could she molt into a more accepted Wheaten color?

She's about 6 weeks old. (Ignore the stray Orloff in the back)

This is a massive thread with some very beautiful birds posted. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could recommend where I could purchase hatching eggs? Now back to page 1.

That's what I was thinking about #1, dark blue saddle feathers coming in, I need to try and get some better pics. I had a line of chicks waiting patiently with a fan blowing on them haha, not all wanted to cooperate with staying still when I moved them to the chair though.

I got my chicks from Max Strawn but he is sold outa birds for the season, I dunno if he ever sold hatching eggs though. The classifieds here are a good place to look.
