legs gotta be a slate color (dark blue black grey) But still a handsome fellow even if he does not meet APA standard. Perhaps your picture does not show the color well?

Does anyone have blue ameraucanas that also have blue eyes? Is that normal? I have a batch of blue ones I hatched out in January. There are two out of the bunch that are light blue and thier eyes are blue too ,same color as thier feathers. The other darker blue ones have more greenish eyes right now. I had them outside in the sunlight yesterday (nice sunny day) in a new pen and I noticed the blue eyed ones eyes are still blue. They don't look like they are going to change color (no darkening around the iris or anything).
