What is the diff. in this breed and the ee breed? do they look different in any way? Thanks for the help.

Basically, EEs are mixed breeds that usually include a blue egg gene some where in their lineage....Ameraucanas meet criteria as set forth in the Standard of Perfection; whereas, EEs do not (can have any comb, be any color, etc). Ams breed true...EEs do not. For more detail, please read the link above.
