Either the picture really got washed out], or there are 28 there. I've miscounted my own before, then later saw my posted count and posted picture didn't jibe............................... and wondered how many people noticed but were just too polite to say anything.

We got our Ameraucana from a farm where they had hatched eggs from a breeder. We were wondering if someone can tell us what type it is? We didn't think to ask as my daughter just really wanted the chick because it was black and white! And can you tell us whether it's a roo or a pullet? We really need her to be a "she"!

She's about 6 weeks old here
