The legs and feet look large but it is still difficult to determine color. vebyrd36 what color do you say they are ? Is the light down "Deep in the heart of Texas" pinkish ?

The eggs. Ame from a breeder here that raises Ameraucana. The legs look slate to me. Either way it is a pretty fuzzy butt. The feathers and down look to me like a lavender. ???

Caught a few pics today. Seems the molt is FINALLY over with, feathers almost back to normal, and I am starting to get eggs. Its been months. Im glad they're back to work.

I am EVER so happy to report that several of my pips&peeps B/B/S eggs are showing FABULOUS signs of life at day 6.

(I am a HAPPY girl ....

)

Now - I just need to KEEP them growing and get the tiny little fuzz butts to hatch ....
