I got Crystal Creeks eggs last year and the coloring was really nice!!!!

Lavender birds can compete for BV, even if they aren't able to compete for BB. My splits can, and have, competed for BB and have won, even going so far as claiming Champion AOSB. I'd hardly compare that to a willow-legged EE that doesn't breed true.

so the way to tell if a ameraucana is a true one they have blue legs
