This actually looks like one of my "Ameraucana" chicks that I purchased from Ideal! She is one of my favorites.
Here she is as a peep:

I have two others that are kind of a black and silver/grey. One has a beard and muffs, the other doesn't. I don't have any decent pics of those two. All three have green/slate legs.
