American Gamefowl

They have to be domestic for sure.
Reminds me of a funny turkey story. Years ago we lived on the edge of town. I hatched some bronze turkeys, they looked like wild turkeys, and free ranged with the chickens. One day we were having lunch and this car pulls into our driveway and this woman gets out and goes to the back of her car and gets out a bag of cat food and some bread and begins to spread it on the driveway. My wife and watch for a little while and then I go out to ask if I can help her. She said she was just feeding the starving wild turkeys. I explained that they were mine and luring them up close to the road was not a good idea as they may get hit by a car. She got back in her car and left.
