American serama thread!

I hatched my own eggs I got 8 to hatch but 2 of the babies never grew and died befor they were about 1 week old the other 6 did great and now I have my 3 and they lay the cutest little eggs. Ill have to seach for the diapers I sent a message to one person on the sales thing but never heard back =) .
 
well- for my peace f mind- white vinegar will do the same thing as bleach when it comes to killing bugs, bactieria etc- so it will be either that or oxine from now on- just not worth the risk- joe is back to normal, spent the afternoon enjoying being outside, he is one charmed little roo

Gosh, artsyrobin, that sounds awful! I'm so glad he's better. Now froggie has me freaked out, that Seramas, which seem to drop dead unexpectedly, also have seizures! Yikes, I better get strong here... or I might freak if these things should happen to my birdies!

OH MY I don't want to be scaring you peeps. This is sort of the cause of when a serama "drops dead unexpectedly". Siezure or heart attack is loosely what causes the Sudden Death Syndrome in the serama.
