Considering most of our birds are related it would be cool to see pics of yours. Especially the roo

An oddity-I noticed yesterday that one of my new chicks (3 days old) was picking up bits of food and chirping much like a rooster does when calling hens to come for a found tidbit. I have seen the chick do this many times. I have never seen this behavior in a tiny chick before. Has anyone else? A rooster?

3 days old should be 5 days old. I'm starting to appreciate my wife writing everything down.
