American serama thread!

It depend if you are breeding to the American serama standard or the traditional serama standard. I breed for things they both have in common, and I still breed them even if they have green legs. She looks small, how old is she? She might lay when she is older(what I think will happen) around a year old. Or not at all. It is kind of hard to guess

The mother has the same body shape but larger;11 ounces. This pullet is between 10-12 weeks at 7 ounces. The mother did not grow after three months and I am seeing very little growth with this one. I'm hoping she will get a bit larger.

She probably will most likely grow to be around her mothers size. Who is her father? And what is his size?

I'm so anxious to see chicks. Why is this so hard xD it's taking every fiber if me to NOT candle the eggs right now to make sure they are still moving. Lets just hope i have pips today so that I won't be anxious at school all day monday and Tues

Pips or not, you will be anxious. Try to be patient (not good at that myself), but handling now could result in chicks dead in the shell. I wish you the best of luck.
