Will all of the offspring from his breeding pen be silkied seramas? (Sorry. I don't know how the silkied gene works.)

Let's hope my chicks still look female next week..... and the week after that.... and so on.

How good is this guy? He is almost nine months. I was wondering how he compared to the standard type wise. I have the 2014 ABA SOP but am still learning some different parts.

A hen pulled one of his sickle feathers out BTW.

I can't comment about how he conforms but I like his beautiful blk/ white coloring. It's striking. A very pretty bird.

Same dad as Teddy, but I think different momma.
I still have 3 smooth pullets in that pen (one just decided to go broody ) so the majority of offspring will be silkied until I move/sell those girls.

Yes, she's definitely a cutie. But I must always remind myself that I can't keep them all. Now that the chicken number is down for winter, it's so easy to manage.
