No she couldn't make it today. But we are gonna go down by the river and run them on Tuesday.

I have'nt been out yet. I'm still kinda house bound.
Something good happened though. A buddy dropped off about a 1/2 ton of fish and 10 boxes of heads&guts. 2moro I hope tp feel better and will seperate the fish and lay all of them on packed snow and cover with plywood anf then white tarps anf then cover the works with snow. If I'm smart about feeding it will last me till spring.
The puppies' eyes are starting to open. One of the Masked Blk/W has blue eyes. I could tell from the red reflection from the flashlight. Pipoon is protective of the but not agressive. She ust comes and pushes us away. Pretty soon though I wana post pix of them. aw they're so cute.

I'm gona check Sled Dog Central right away and see wuzup there re; the Race To The Sky....and other races. 
Not that I'm gona enter. I just check them out sometimes 

Races in Montana you mean? I know there are a few shorter races about an hour from me. The longest is probably 2 days with12 dogs doing about 20 miles/day. One they literally compete for root beer, lol. If I get dogs by then, I might enter in like a 3-4 dog class.

Any tips on training Hank?
At 13 weeks old he's 32lbs!
What should I be doing torwds training him? Just getting him used to a Harness and dragging a leash? He's going to be a wheel dog,

He's probably big enough to start dragging 2-3 lbs.

Here's pics of the female pups mentioned earlier. Based off of looks, which do you all think I should get? Of course, when I go see them, I will pick the one that I think would be a better leader. But if they both have the same chances, which one?

I wouldnt add weight yet, keep getting him used to harness until he is full grown.

I like Cinna best. Solaire has pretty eyes, though; one blue one brown. Not that eye color matters, but they're pretty.
