Ameruacana or EE Rooster

    I was thinking he is just a EE but heavy on the Ameruacana traits, now I am not sure.

    He does have slate legs with white on the underside. I know the red/brown can be an appropriate color but not sure about the tail being the green color. He is a very handsome and gentle fellow.

    It is an Easter Egger. Red-Brown Ameraucanas are exceedingly rare and don't have red on their chest, secondaries, beard, or thighs.

    EE. Just look at the comb and the body type, the coloring is off.

    My EE Rooster, Grey Beard, looks identical to him. Here is an old pic but he didn't want to come down from the roost and he is angled position. Sorry it was taken from a Camera Phone too, so there is no flash. Hope this helps for some kind of confirmation to your roo.
